2. Description of Service
Repo Cat provides an API for analyzing GitHub repositories, including metadata extraction, heuristic analysis, and code insights. The Service is offered at different scan levels as described on our pricing page.
3. User Accounts & API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API quotas
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to analyze repositories you do not have legal access to
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its content, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Futoro Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Futoro Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
